Established 20 years ago, initially specialising in leisure and retail, who expanded into automotive in 2016 Blue chip clients including InterContinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn, Express, Crowne Plaza), Grosvenor Casinos, Premier Inn, Mecca Bingo, Gates, Enterprise, ZF Aftermarket, LEMFORDER, SACHS, TRW, WABCO and Lucas They are a Passionate and experienced company (50 people) with Hands-on culture and Lots of opportunity for promotion and career advancement They are currently hiring for an Account Manager with the following: Personal Attributes • Marketing professional with blue-chip brand experience • Fully integrated knowledge – print, digital, video production, paid media, social • Communicate effectively • Build strong relationships (with clients, colleagues, and suppliers) • Flexible approach to work • Attention to detail and highly organised – can deliver effectively under time pressure • Ambition • Enthusiasm • Confidence • Hands-on mentality/team player • Proactive/positive/can-do attitude Daily Duties • Become a core part of an account team that supports automotive aftermarket brands with integrated, international marketing activity • Communicate with client contacts on a daily-basis and establish successful working relationships – deliver outstanding client service • Project management, production of creative briefs and over-see all projects through to delivery and results – help to deliver the highest quality creative work and marketing campaigns with a ‘can-do’ attitude • Briefing creative team and ensuring output meets client’s brief and objectives - creative appreciation and judgement against client brief • High quality output via proof reading including regionalisation, localisation, and translation management across multiple languages (note: this is checking correct translations have been applied, it does not require language skills, it requires strong attention to detail) • Effective presentation skills that help ‘sell’ creative concepts and marketing ideas • Working alongside other marketing suppliers employed by client – e.g., web, media, digital, handling house, printers • Management of suppliers e.g., video production agency, 3D animators • Potential European travel 1 or 2 times a year (normally for c. 2-days at a time) for meetings and video/photography production • Constantly innovate – always strive for client success and adding value for our clients Experience/Skills • Ideally 2 to 4 years agency experience • Ideally experience of B2B and channel marketing • Marketing professional – experience and/or qualifications Package • To £35k per annum (depending on experience) • 30-days holiday per annum • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (Mon-Wed) 2 days choice of home or office (Thur-Fri) • Private health cover • Pension scheme Once probationary period completed
