DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Operations Account Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* Develop and leverage constructive relationships within assigned accounts
* Act as key contact for customer on a local level
* Coordinate the resolving of operational issues and push for process improvements
* Develop local strategy and plan for assigned accounts

* Understanding of Supply Chain in the UK/I
* Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
