We are looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator to join our growing Service Desk team.
This role forms part of the IT Service Desk team and will take responsibility for non-technical service desk tasks.

The Service Desk forms part of our dedicated internal IT Operations department, whose responsibility is the management and maintenance of the group’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Radius has over 2,800 employees spread across multiple offices, so the Service Desk plays an important role in the day-to-day running of our business.
You’ll be based alongside the team in our head office in Crewe, which is an excellent working space complete with gym, games room, subsidised café, and break-out areas.
What would your day to day look like?
You’ll take responsibility for non-technical IT Service Desk tasks, which will involve coordination and support for tasks related to IT account creation, procurement, and supplier management. At peak times you might also be asked to assist the Service Desk team by answering inbound calls.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Working with external parties to obtain quotes.
* Raising orders and managing software licences as part of the IT procurement processes.
* Setting up new starter’s accounts.
* Taking ownership of stock control as part of the IT asset management process.
* Managing and working with the Postroom team to deliver IT equipment around the group.
