We are seeking Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. This role offers varied shifts, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, with specific hours to be discussed at interview. As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, prioritizing customer needs, responding to queries, and promoting Co-op products and membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience for everyone.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by maintaining stock, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to facilitate team learning.
5. Support community involvement through participation in local activities and events.
