Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: - Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities - Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and social development - Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: - A relevant teaching qualification - Experience working with students with SEN - Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs - Excellent organisational and time-management skills - Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN Working Conditions: - Part-Time hours, flexible schedule - Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students - Collaborative work environment with other educators and support staff - Opportunity for professional development and growth in the field of SEN education All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
