Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to take the next steps in your career into a more client-facing role for a well-established, market-leading Managed Service Provider where you will work on different sites predominantly across the South West?
Do you want the opportunity to work with a wide variety of great clients across industries including Research & Development, Manufacturing, Defense and more, utilizing best-in-class technology?
On offer is an opening for an IT Support Engineer to join an award-winning MSP at management level that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months. You will receive the training, support, and certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies.
The Role:
1. Building strong relationships with clients both on-site and from the office
2. Understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions
3. Regular visits to client sites - 3 or 4 days a week
4. On-site engineer requirements - break/fix and installations
5. Quarterly auditing of client networks and infrastructure on-site and remotely
The Person:
1. Experience providing 2nd line Support
2. Happy to travel
3. Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
