The Seafield Arms Hotel are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated and hard-working established team at our 4 star boutique hotel. We have 2 dining areas within the hotel, our A-La Carte Grant Dining Room and Bar 19 Bistro Bar.
As our Restaurant Manager you will be supported by our General Manager and be responsible for -
Supervising and managing all restaurant operations to a high standard
Ensuring an excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Overseeing the training of staff members
Monitoring supply levels
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Handling customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Ensuring the restaurant is set up and ready for Service
May have to supervise/run events/functions from time to time
The following skills are preferred:
Previous 2 year experience in a management/supervisor restaurant role
Strong leaderships skills and the ability to motivate your team
Knowledge of bar tending and culinary operations
Familiar with food and safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Working Hours - 5 day working week (approx. 40 hours) including weekend work.
