As an already successful UK-based business, we are seeking an ambitious, committed, and self-motivated sales expert to help take our UK growth to the next level. Main Purpose of the role: As a B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving KIKI Health forward by introducing new clients to our brand, building initial relationships from the introduction of the brand to generating the first sale, and growing our B2B customer base. Effective communication, a good understanding of the market, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospects who have not expressed previous interest in the product or brand. In-depth understanding of our brand, ethos, market positioning, company mission statement, and our range of products. Proactively continue learning with up-to-date product & service knowledge. Developing an understanding of our industry. Reporting/working alongside our UK account manager and business development manager. Managing the onboarding of new business from opening conversation to the generation of the first sale. Effectively transitioning newly opened accounts to our UK account manager. Building rapport to establish a positive and professional relationship with potential clients, helping to gain trust in KIKI Health, and converting leads to positive new sales. Requirements: Multiple Years of prior experience within B2B telesales is essential, ideally prior experience in our industry and market sector. Proof of this will be requested. Proven track record of sales. Knowledge of how to achieve sales targets, and KPIs, and enroll new clients. Computer and database literate. Ability to make high volume of telephone calls. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Resilient and driven. A positive approach is essential. Tactful/gentle persuasion using diplomacy, sensitivity, and a considerate approach to influence potential clients without being forceful, aggressive, or demeaning/damaging to the brand.
