We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Needs Team as a Supported Lettings Admin Assistant. Your role The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of administrative duties on behalf of the Supported Lettings Team to include providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for tenants, maintaining and updating data systems, paying of invoices, allocation and viewing of properties What you will need: The post holder will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment, and offering advice and guidance and has worked in a clerical, administrative and/or office based role. It is essential to have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, complainants, managers and staff and also display a confident, professional and friendly approach at all times.
