What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve? Meetingwith our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing. Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links. Producing and maintaining monthly reports. What do you need to be a successful Service Coordinator? Good communication skills. Soundknowledge of Health and Social Care services.
