What you’ll do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Channel Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective collaboration with sales teams, and a deep understanding of market trends to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.
* Proactively develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific trade channels such as retail, including omnichannel, digital-first retail, in-store, and specialist channels like travel, telco, and APR.
* Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
* Lead activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
* Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, fostering synergy to drive revenue.
* Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across trade channels, including promotional activities, advertising, and in-store displays.
* Manage and allocate the marketing budget for trade channels effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leads, retailers, and partners, to promote collaboration and support for marketing initiatives.
* Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channel strategies through metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
* Oversee the marketing aspects of product launches within trade channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
* Gather and analyze consumer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
What you need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or brand management in a relevant industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proactive and proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
