We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speciality Clinical Fellow (ST3-5) / Enhanced Clinical Fellow (ST6-8) to join our dynamic General Surgery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to further their surgical career in a supportive and well-established department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality surgical care to patients, working alongside experienced consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of surgical procedures, including emergency and elective cases, while benefiting from structured training and development opportunities.

The post holder will responsible for:
• Assessment, care and treatment of patients presenting to the specialty and referred to the specialty
• Teaching and training staff in other medical disciplines, nursing and support staff as appropriate
• Participation in the out of hours rota and to provide cover in exceptional circumstances
• It is expected that you will actively participate in the regular teaching/training programme within the Department.
• Overseeing training – teaching of ST1 and ST2s, F1s and medical students

The role will involve working with the consultant and registrar to review and treat inpatients at Wexham Park Hospital.
The post holder may be required to work at other trust locations such as Heatherwood Elective Centre, King Edwards & St Marks Hospital.
