We are working with a growing financial services company to recruit for a client administrator on a full time permanent basis.
This role will initially be based on site in Kent, near Maidstone. After training this will reduce to 3 days on site and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities for the Client Administrator:
- 80% Administration, 20% Calls
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to: New Customer Onboarding, Address changes, Point of Contact changes, filling out payment requests, making payments from existing clients
- Responsible for advising clients of products and services
- Follow up calls, answering client queries
- Responding to emails
Key Skills for the Client Administrator:
- Must have administration experience, ideally within financial services or insurance
- Proficient in the full Microsoft office suite including outlook and excel
- Strong customer services skills
- Excellent attention to detail
