Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the IT Support Team for the Group
* Ensure the smooth running of systems including Office 365, Simpro, Unleashed, and Xero
* Strong understanding of business systems and basic ERP functionality
* Oversee the cyber security for the group, including Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, and ISO 27001
* Support the IT Team with first line support requests and any out-of-hours fixes that might be required
* Timely procurement of new IT equipment as required
* Oversee new office IT setup and refresh
* Ensure that our IT systems are secure, backed up, and available at all times
* Run new IT Projects including implementing ISO 27001 and running further Salesforce developments
* Maintain existing Power BI reports and work with various department heads to scope new report requirements
* Manage new phone system replacement and take on new IT projects from the IT Director
* Ensure that new members of the Harmony team receive a great experience as we provision their IT and telephony
* Work with our regional and international offices, including an element of travel
* Manage key in-building systems and general facilities management
