A family-run provider is in need of a Deputy Manager to assist in the running of two small-sized homes, alongside the Dual Registered Home Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 'Good' and 'Requires Improvement' Home, which are currently running at high occupancy.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager:
1. Assisting the manager to run the home, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
2. Conducting staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries when required.
3. Ensuring the smooth running of shifts.
4. Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
5. Stepping up in the absence of the home manager.
Deputy Home Manager Requirements:
1. Experience in a residential home.
2. Experience as a strong team leader or deputy manager.
3. Experience working with the elderly and dementia patients.
4. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
5. Conducting staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries.
6. Ensuring CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to.

1. Salary paying between £28,000 - £35,000.
