We are looking to hire a Digital Applications Team Leader, who will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts and driving continuous improvement across our Applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. Reporting to the Head of Digital Applications, you will coordinate workstreams, oversee application integrations, and ensure compliance with best practices in application portfolio management. Location: London, Brighton, or Leeds (Hybrid) Full Time Salary: £48,906.23 - £51,101.96 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time). Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Applications and Engineering Team. Manage work tracking, incident reporting, and prioritisation mechanisms. Oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and security reviews for new system requests. Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for application portfolio management. Implement coaching strategies and development plans for team members. Act as an escalation point for technical issues and major incidents. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT and the business. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership experience in IT or digital applications. Technical expertise in application integration and IAM across modern technologies. Hands-on experience in IT roles, including project management and incident resolution. Knowledge of ITIL framework and ISO27001 security standards. Cloud computing experience (Microsoft 365, Azure) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for technology.
