Health Innovation Manchester are seeking an experienced administrator to support the delivery of the Greater Manchester Secure Data Environment (GM SDE). The GM SDE is designed to provide a secure computing environment for health data research and development, supporting projects from NHS bodies, industry, and academia and is due to enter its Beta phase of delivery in April 2025. As a Service Support Officer, you will support the Service Delivery Manager in rolling out the Beta phase of the programme, working with a cross-organisational group of digital experts to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
Supporting delivery oftheprojecttoagreedbusinessrequirements,agreedtimescaleandwithin the parameters set out in the Project Initiation Document. Take responsibility for creating and motivating teams as appropriate.Works with stakeholders, to ensure that the project meet business requirements, and deliver upon the benefits realisation plan.
Administrating and monitoring active applications, ensuring effective communications so that all applicants, receive timely, accurate and appropriate information.
Basedondefinedresponsibilitiestakeaccountabilityforownershipofdeliverablesand day-to-daymanagementofprojectissuesincludingescalationwhererequired. Identifiesrisks and issues and recommends control measure and actions.
