About the Team The Office of Financial Sanctions Team sits within HM Treasury. We have been operational since March 2016 and have established ourselves as a world-leader in financial sanctions. About the Job In this role, you will: Manage the creation and dissemination of intelligence products, ensuring action and input from the right internal and external partners. Proactively make use of OFSI data and reporting to identify intelligence opportunities. Developing cases and lines of inquiry while remaining aware of broader disruption opportunities. Develop subject matter expertise and specialist skills involving one or more of the UK’s sanctions regimes. Own and deliver on standalone projects and/or contributing to projects that assist in developing OFSI’s intelligence capability to enable it to successfully deliver in support of licencing and enforcement objectives. Establish and develop intelligence partnership relationships with key domestic and international partners. This role will give you an excellent opportunity individual to take ownership of high profile, and high risk internationally focussed work, and to develop a large network of partners inside and outside of government. About You We're looking for someone who has knowledge or experience of financial sanctions or intelligence handling, has the right set of transferable skills, who can demonstrate the values of our organisation and who is motivated to come and work with us. To succeed in this role you will need to comfortable handling large amounts of information, and able to identify the key points. You'll be adept at prioritising your workload, with a focus on providing high quality work in a timely manner, and you'll thrive in collaborative environment where effective communication is key.
