We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Building Solutions Team based in Sheffield.
Location: Sheffield – Site working
Contract: Fixed Term Contract 12 Months – Full time
What will you be responsible for?
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.
Your day to day will include:
* Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.
* Carrying out property condition surveys
* Arranging works and surveys appointment.
* Sending out letters and paperwork pre and post appointments
What are we looking for?
This role of Resident Liaison Officer is great for you if:
* Have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing background
* Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
* Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
* Have face to face customer service experience and a willingness to learn
