Accountabilities: • Ensure correct use of arrival and return (Valet) areas to include appropriate and frequent communication with operational colleagues and filing of keys, to ensure timely movement of vehicles to and from storage sites, ensuring capacity for both arrivals and returns are maximised in conjunction with the day’s scheduled arrivals and returns, whilst observing Health & Safety standards. • Based on Arrival / Returns data, make logistical and immediate decisions to ensure a successful operation, enabling the team to deliver a 'better than plan' outcome. • Co-ordinate the safe movement of customer vehicles where necessary including the utilisation of operational drivers via direct and key room communications. • Under the direction of the Car Park Manager or Car Park Supervisor, attend to any vehicle movement or customer requirements. • To be a multi-skilled team member able to deliver all aspects of the car park operation and enabling our customers to receive world class service.
