HGV CE Airport Drivers Required Location: Feltham (TW14) Monday to Friday Rate: £18.00 P/H PAYE Saturday Rate: £19.00 P/H PAYE Sunday Rate: £20.00 P/H PAYE SHIFT: Any 5 out of 7 SECURE ONGOING POSITION AVTAV Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for HGV CE Drivers, working for one of our clients, based out of Feltham, completing airport runs, collections and deliveries. This opportunity is for HGV CE Drivers that are looking for ongoing work, ad-hoc work, or just cover to fill in gaps. This role requires a full 5-year reference check, a DBS check and a Level C/O training, before being able to complete the airport runs. Suitable candidates can start before the checks are complete Your responsibilities as an HGV 1 Driver: Safely completing runs to the airport locally or long distance Obliging to UK Road Laws and Regulations, as well as Working Time Directions Make sure the collections of PMC's are done safely and securely Some merchandise may be loose upon collection, so, the items require to be counted and documented Complete Daily Vehicle Checks before heading on the route Flexibility is Key Start times are sent daily for the following day, due to flight arrival timings Roller-bed trailer experience is preffered About the HGV 1 DRIVER within you: You must hold HGV CE Category with no more than 6 points No DD, DR, TT, IN codes Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card Good understanding of English, written and verbal Reliable with a desire to succeed.
