Holt Engineering are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our innovative and forward-thinking client in Poole.

This position is responsible for managing vital data, overseeing orders into the warehouse, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
This is more of a junior role, so the company is looking for someone that they can train and grow within the role. Previous administration experience is essential, and ideally, some form of experience within distribution.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitor stock levels and place orders
2. Review supplier performance & product seasonality and forecasting
3. Resolve all invoice queries relating to cost and delivery discrepancies
4. Liaise with suppliers to track orders and resolve any problems
5. Produce and maintain regular business reports
6. Continuous analysis
7. Support the supply chain team on general duties
Personal Specification:
1. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey instructions
2. Have a proactive attitude toward process improvement and be able to identify opportunities for streamlining operations
3. Strategic thinking and ability to analyze data
4. Able to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
