Work you’ll do The Graphic Designer assists Deloitte’s internal clients with graphic design projects ensuring client satisfaction with all services and deliverables. The Graphic Designer is accountable for creative, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional-level presentations, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate collaterals. Support customers across the Deloitte member firm network by creating and formatting graphic design deliverables (Print and Digital) for both Deloitte internal and external consumption, ensuring customer satisfaction. Create and format documents that are creative and visually appealing within the purview of Deloitte Brand guidelines. Work includes formatting and creation of professional-level presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, infographic, and other corporate collaterals. Demonstrate intermediate to mastery level expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word). Demonstrate the ability to create templates, icons, infographic, and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Acquire mastery of Deloitte Brand guidelines within a short span of time and keep yourself up-to-date on Deloitte’s Brand guidelines. Demonstrate ability to understand complex requirements and instructions from customers across the Deloitte member firm network and cultures and translate them into designs, meeting expectations. Work with multiple project stakeholders and information and data from various source documents. Operate in a deadline-driven environment and expectations on quality and turnaround time need to be met on all projects. Have email, chat, and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders as part of the design process. In addition, collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders across regions for a consistent service delivery. The team CoRe Creative Services is Deloitte's largest global design team. The mission is to deliver brand consistency, enhance speed-to-market, and drive operational efficiencies through global alignment of creative services professionals, process, and technology. Deloitte’s US-India Delivery Center is dedicated to providing creative graphic solutions in a variety of mediums. With 150 designers and coordinators located across three global regions—providing consistent, high-quality, professional creative services, this team has established its reputation with clients throughout Deloitte. The CoRe Creative Services practice provides support on 35 project types, including but not limited to presentation, proposal, sales sheet, newsletter, annual report, brochure, poster, placemat, advertisement, video, animation, illustration, interactive design, signage, SharePoint and microsite design. Qualifications Two to six years of experience in corporate graphic design. Experience of working in corporate graphic design, Advertising Agencies, or Studios will be a plus. (Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities) Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. (Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Bachelor of Design or Diploma in Graphic Design) Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills, including the ability to work with templates and create icons, infographic, and custom layouts, and experience of working within corporate identity/brand guidelines. Intermediate to Advanced level Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) skills. Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with Deloitte professionals at all levels.
