THE JOB
We're looking for dynamic individuals that can operate out of our Stone Mill, Staffordshire and cover the surrounding areas of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Achieve agreed sales targets through a proactive approach to sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and upselling products and services.
* Have detailed product knowledge, explaining the features and benefits to maximise sales.
* Engage with customers, building rapport and understanding their needs to maximise sales.
* Manage a Sales Pipeline identifying potential new customers to drive sales performance.
* Communicate well in person, via phone, or email to articulate the benefits of products and services.
* Demonstrate products and services and answer any questions that potential customers may have.
* Negotiate and understand the customer's budget to offer competitive pricing options that meet their requirements.
* Manage all customer debt, ensuring it is kept within company credit policies.
* Organise and deliver customer meetings to promote Carrs Billington and the products that we offer.
* Adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including those relating to Safety, Health & Environment.
* Ensure all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice are adhered to, in respect of ongoing compliance, including UFAS, FIAS & NOPS assurance Schemes.
Essential
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
* Experience of driving growth in sales.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Experience of managing a sales ledger through the use of a CRM system.
* FAR qualification.
Desirable
* Agricultural experience.
* Competent IT skills and experience of the Microsoft office suite.
* Amtra SQP qualification.
