Salary: MPS, up to M6 (Pro Rata), depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire KS2 pupils
* Provide a balanced and challenging curriculum to support both academic and personal development
* Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments (SATs), ensuring strong progress and attainment
* Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to support learning
* Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance the pupils' educational experience
* Contribute to school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum, particularly in core subjects
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
* Passionate about fostering confidence, resilience, and a love for learning in children
* Excellent classroom management skills with a commitment to high standards of behaviour
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Ability to provide two years' worth of references
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with parents and the wider school community
