JobSummary:
Gathering andaccurately recording highly sensitive and confidential data on thedesignated databases collating key information relating to Childrens Social Care and partneragencies.
KeyDuties/Accountabilities:
Providingguidance and advice to all enquiries in a timely manner. Takingownership of enquiries and providing feedback on progress andoutcomes ensuring contacts are escalated ifappropriate.
Demonstrating aclear understanding of the meaning of safeguarding and escalationswhere appropriate as defined in relevant policyguidance.
Managingappropriate contacts quickly and efficiently enabling aprofessional decision to be made by the relevant workers within settimescales.
EssentialExperienceRequired:
Experience ofproviding business support advice and/or guidance toothers.
Experience offorming effective workingrelationships.
Experience ofadministrative tasks andprocesses.
Experience ofinputting data and usingdatabases.
Experience ofworking in a fast paced innovative work environmentwhilst
remainingcalm.
EssentialQualificationsRequired:
GCSE English andMaths or equivalent qualification or experience operating at thislevel of literacy andnumeracy.
Arecognised qualification in office skills or administration or abusiness related subject at level 2 or 3 of the nationalqualifications framework or have acquired equivalent experiencewithin theworkplace
