Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder
Permanent position for an Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder to work Monday to Friday (days), no weekend working, no shifts, £24,000 – £25,000.

The Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder role is needed to work on bespoke projects for a company that builds vehicle bodies for light and commercial vehicles. They are a leading name in their sector with a reputation for quality and innovation. The company provides further training and offers the opportunity to work within a clean, modern, friendly working environment.
This position would suit somebody confident using hand tools and power tools, who enjoys working in a team in a modern, clean, organized environment. What’s in return for the Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder role:
* Basic salary: Circa £24,000 – £25,000 a year, with potential further rises after passing probation
* 39 hours basic with OT paid at x1.5
* Clean modern working conditions

Duties of the Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder position:
* Assembling bought and finished components onto vehicles (e.g., lights, racking, grab rails, steps)
* Utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations
* Following SOPs
* Measuring and marking out, ideally using tapes, micrometers, and verniers
