We are actively recruiting for a full-time Behaviour Mentor position in a wonderful school located in Welwyn Garden City. This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Support children's learning and personal growth in a positive and encouraging environment. Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging space for students to thrive as a Behaviour Mentor. Build strong connections with students, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported both in and out of the classroom. Work collaboratively with fellow staff to prioritise student progress and well-being as a Behaviour Mentor. Requirements: Experience working with children in the UK, with references available. A passion for working with children, especially those with SEND. Willingness to support SEND students as a Behaviour Mentor. Must have a valid Child and Adult DBS or be willing to obtain one. Reside within or near Welwyn Garden City or be able to commute.
