Job Description
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator should have:
* Proven experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
* Experience of pulling together and managing RAID logs.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
