In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an exciting opportunity to join the UK BMP Transformation Programme as a Business Analyst on a 2 year secondment, helping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business. Our ambition is to transform the End-to-End experience and journey for our policyholders, intermediaries, internal users and other parties, through a combination of modernising core systems, data-led digital asset development and integrations (internal and external). Role Description The purpose of the role is to enable organisational change by using specialised business analysis, change management skills and a disciplined business analysis approach. You will be supporting the Transformation Programme to articulate the need for change, by defining requirements and recommending solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work, whilst building effective relationships across all levels. Key Accountabilities: Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end to end traceability. Ensure requirements are fully understood and approved by stakeholders, supporting Change Control and prioritisation. Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders. Learn from experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in retrospectives, lessons learned and knowledge share sessions. Essential Skills You'll have experience working as a Business Analyst and will have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities Experience working in Commercial General Insurance and an understanding of the Allianz Claims function BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent What We Will Offer You Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can pick a package that’s perfect for you.
