Renewals and Retentions Manager Newcastle Upon Tyne As the leader of the Retentions & Renewals and Debt teams, your role is crucial in maximizing revenue protection throughout the entire customer journey. By shaping the team's strategy and overseeing all associated actions, such as forecasting, retention proposition development, and driving efficiencies, you will ensure a world class experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide the team in implementing effective measures to retain customers, renew subscriptions, and manage debt, ultimately enhancing our overall revenue and customer satisfaction. · Oversee the running of the end to end debt process 0-61days o Maintain churn to below target set annually o Restate up to 75% of customers within days 0-30 who have failed to make a payment · Analyse the trend for the lost customer demographic to uncover valuable insights. · Focus on this specific segment to increase conversion rates and improve overall customer satisfaction · Identify potential upsells to expand account portfolio and exceed KPIs/sales targets · Preparing forecasting of opportunities for portfolio churn within 10% accuracy · Overall portfolio protection ensuring the customer base remains within parameters annually · Leverage conversations with senior leadership to explore new product lines to support customer loyalty · Build close working relationship with key stakeholders which have a positive and negative impact on accounts going live and churn Handle multiple project at any time working on efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure completion Qualifications and Experience Required: · Experience working in a target driven environment · 4yrs Management experience · Ability to listen, think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve sophisticated problems · Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously · Analytical skills – ability to understand data and deliver results related to · Excellent communication & interpersonal skills · Good negotiation and influencing skills. · Strong leadership and development skills. · Ability to manage team performance to achieve business targets. ·Strong attention to detail and methodical approach. · Positive approach to providing an excellent service to all customers internal and external.
