This is a new role that you can make your own, supporting internal teams and being an integral part of the business. It will give you great exposure into the business as you will be first point of contact with all customers, meet & greet in reception, support the managers with meetings, arrange lunches, create and support with any reporting for meetings. You will be the go too person for assistance within the business so you will need to be able to communicate well, be calm, friendly and be open to a really varied role. If you love a ‘to do' list then this role is for you You may be assisting the customer service teams with sales support administration in busy periods, compliance teams would need your help with updating systems with quality certifications, sales teams may need support with contracts and customer quotations – so this is a great varied role if you love being busy, have strong admin support skills and are absolutely a people person. The primary responsibility of the Business Administrator will be to provide a comprehensive business support to the team. Ø Supporting the quality, sales and customer support in the preparation of reports, audits, integration of MS Word documents and Excel table and charts, into customised templates. Ø Formatting of MS Word and PowerPoint reports Ø Update internal systems for all teams as required - companies, contacts, quality information Ø Provide general administrative support - collating information, formatting, binding, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, maintaining calendars, answering telephone calls. Ø Reception – first point of contact for customer arrivals, support. Visitors to site Ø Liaise with internal departments Ø Providing support for specific projects Knowledge, Skills and Experience The successful person will: Ø Have experience providing administrative support to a team in a small team in a professional environment. Ø Be highly motivated, confident and outgoing and should also enjoy working in a pressured environment where tight deadlines are a regular occurrence. Ø Be numerate Ø Have excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate proactively. Ø Possess a willingness to progress current skills as well as flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Ø Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills Ø Be able to prioritise effectively and proactively use their own initiative Ø Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of formatting of Word and PowerPoint documents, as well as advanced Excel, and Outlook skills.
