You'll be joining our Resourcing team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
* The role is a 12 month FTC and is full time
* Hybrid working arrangements - ideally 1 day per week in the office

* Salary £34,500 + Commission

Your future, your role
As a Clinical Resourcing Specialist, you'll be:
* Exploring opportunities and screening candidates across a fixed area of the UK and matching them to suitable job roles
* Head-hunting and researching the job market to establish hiring potential, generating referrals, and nurturing talent to build a pipeline of suitable candidates
* Searching the database for candidates and being creative with sourcing methodologies including the use of social media
* Developing strong knowledge of the dental industry and establishing personal branding in given location
* Attending exhibitions and events as required to build the candidate pipeline further
* Complying with organisational procedures and legislative requirements in respect of employment law, recruitment policy, diversity and confidentiality
Your skills:
* Comfortable working to weekly targets
* Essential - Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
* Essential - Headhunting experience
* Desirable - Have worked in both Agency and In-house recruitment functions
* Desirable - Cert RP Qualification
