The post holder will contribute to the Trusts delivery of its integrated clinical governance and quality improvement agenda along with the National Service Framework modernisation agendas. Specific responsibilities will be agreed in collaboration with colleagues of the multidisciplinary community and inpatient teams, the general manager, lead consultant and clinical director. The post holder will be expected to select relevant subjects for audit and achieve data collection targets in line with Care Group objectives and record timely clinical activity data whilst supporting junior medical staff and members of the multi-disciplinary team in undertaking and presenting relevant audit projects.
