* Significant Marketing Operations Experience: Proven track record in managing complex marketing processes and systems, improving efficiency and delivering high-impact results.

* Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience managing teams, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
