As a key part of ourCustomer Operations Support team youll collaborate closely with ateam of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth and timelyexecution of orders and shipments for our EMEA customers. KeyResponsibilities:
* OrderFulfilment & Support: Manage the full cycleof order fulfilment including creating modifying and cancellingorders as needed.
* CustomerQueries: Address transactional queries related tolead times shipment statuses and related logistics providingaccurate and timely updates to our valuedcustomers.
* Data Reporting& Analysis: Support team data reportingactivities including pulling data analysing reports and updatingdashboards (trainingprovided).
* LogisticsCollaboration: Work closely with the logistics teamto track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logisticsperformance.
* ProcessDocumentation: Develop and document new workflows tostreamline processes and support trainingefforts.

* Demonstrated experience working infastpaced changeorientedenvironments.
