Description
* As the HR Advisor, you will report directly to the MD and provide HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, supporting managers and staff, ensuring consistency and fairness at all times
* Support the recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding new staff
* Manage staff inductions and exit interviews
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
* Contribute to the promotion of company culture and values
Profile
A successful Part-time HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Previous experience of operating in an HR Advisor capacity
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
