Position: Associate Product Manager

Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry (flexible working available – office based at least 3 days per week)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday

About the role:
Responsible for supporting the development of the Operational products for DHL eCommerce UK’s network. The Associate Product Manager - Operations works collaboratively across all functions ensuring that the services developed are to the highest standard.
Provide support for the Logistics Operations function to ensure that planned developments are fully understood and that any required changes to systems are developed in collaboration with the functional lead.
You will support the Product Manager - Operations by handling smaller projects or subsets of the operational product set and supporting the execution of the overall strategy by:
1. Writing detailed product requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
2. Help prioritise the backlog by assessing the impact and feasibility of new features and improvements
3. Ensure clarity in documentation to guide engineering, design, and other teams
4. Conducting user research and business analysis
5. Analyse data and user feedback to identify pain points and areas of improvement
6. Assisting with sprint planning (or equivalent) and initiative tracking
7. Collaborating on feature and/or product launches and updates
8. Collaborate with analytics and business reporting team to track KPIs and provide insights
9. Work closely with operations to help execute the roadmap
10. Act as point of contact to answer questions or to provide clarifications about the product, or an initiative or feature
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of using Power BI / SQL / Python
2. Experience working within the Parcel industry and working alongside Operations
3. Demonstrable excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject, or have skills gained from working in a similar role
