Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive with a strong background in hitting KPIs and driving business growth. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing & new clients, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to develop a strategic approach that maximises value for our customers and supports company growth
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and secure partnerships across various industrial sectors
* Achieve KPIs through proactive lead generation, networking, and up selling initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant documents for management
Requirements:
* Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a B2B environment
* Experience in business development and client acquisition, ideally within the industrial sector
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
* A keen ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
