HR System And Data Administrator needed in Cambridge, £18.26ph PAYE – Reference: 5257986
To assist in the delivery of a highly effective and responsive Human Resource (HR) service across the Client, providing administrative support to the HR Operational Team and the wider HR Service as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing general HR business/administrative support.
2. Providing administrative support for HR Business Officer.
3. Updating/maintaining HR intranet (CityNet) pages.
4. Working with the HR Co-ordinator and HR Business Support Officer on internal employee communications.
5. Providing support to maintain the HR System (iTrent).
6. Monitoring of the Corporate Learning & Development and Apprenticeship scheme inboxes.
7. Providing customer service – responding to general enquiries regarding the corporate training programme.
8. Providing administration support for training course bookings on iTrent system.
9. Supporting employees with e-learning password resets.
10. Collection, collation, and tracking of HR information and data.
11. Managing apprenticeship data/information files.
12. Data entry into HR systems.
13. Written communications with employees and external suppliers.
14. Providing administrative support for HR Business Partners and Recruitment teams as required.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
