Anderson Knight is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a well-established company based in South Ayrshire. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion, effectively documenting and forwarding all customer-related issues and enquiries. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Handling email and telephone queries efficiently and professionally. • Processing service and repair requests for equipment. • Assisting with customer queries and complaints. • Setting up new customer accounts, including managing application processes and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. • Overseeing and managing ticket assignments within the CRM system. • Responding promptly to customer and sales enquiries related to orders, stock updates, and product documentation. • Collaborating with internal teams, such as logistics and administration, to support seamless order management. Key Attributes and Skills: • Experience in a customer service or support role. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Knowledge of industry standards or compliance (e.g., safety regulations) and additional language skills would be an advantage.
