Technical Internal Sales Opportunity – Manufacturing Industry
We are excited to partner with a well-established business in the manufacturing sector, specializing in temperature control and engine safety solutions. They are currently seeking a Technical Internal Sales professional to join their growing team.
As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth across Europe by identifying new opportunities and developing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively follow up on inbound leads to understand customer needs and generate new sales opportunities.
* Research and pre-qualify potential customers, adding them to the pipeline and connecting them with the appropriate sales expert when necessary.
* Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience that sets the company apart from competitors.
* Identify and develop potential customers aligned with the company’s existing client base.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads from initial contact through to closing.
* Present the company’s products and capabilities through multiple platforms such as calls, webinars, and emails.
* Build and nurture relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
* Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead generation and conversion.
* Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a second European language is preferred).
* Basic technical understanding to assist with product selection and application.
* Excellent teamwork, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to research and identify target customers, open doors, and establish valuable connections.
* Resilient and determined, able to handle challenges and rejections professionally.
* Confident using multiple communication platforms, including email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Teams.
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
