Astute's Renewables team are partnered with a leading business within the Anaerobic Digestion sector. The company are well established and recently acquired and added additional sites to their existing portfolio and will continue that growth going forward. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager for their site in Warminster.
The Maintenance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance activities, improvement of processes and site leadership when required. The role comes with a salary of up to £50,000 excellent benefits package and training.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will:
Perform routine inspections and regular checks across the plant and process to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct reactive maintenance tasks as needed with assistance of site teams.
Plan and oversee repair work and installation of equipment.
Manage spare parts across site, including ordering, usage, stock control and maintenance appropriate levels.
Identity opportunities for improvement and collaborate on proposals to implement change.
Act as a deputy for the Plant Manager when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and operations.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience conducting planned maintenance, in a similar and transferable environment.
Strong level of fault-finding is essential.
Full UK license.
Personal skills
The Maintenance Manager role would suit someone who is:
Strong safety culture and awareness.
Participate in a 1 in 4 weekend on call and weekend rota.
