We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Team here at The London Clinic on a 9-MONTH FTC.

Job Description
You will be experienced in providing a high quality and professional ER service to enable The London Clinic's management teams to be effective People Managers. The postholder will be required to independently manage a range of complex ER casework in line with legal and company requirements, including performance and absence management, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, flexible working, and family friendly leave requests. There will be requirements to collaborate with Strategic People Partners on organisational change plans and projects.

* Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide high quality advice and coaching to Line Managers for effective delivery of Performance Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, and Absence Management Processes.
* Independently manage a caseload of high volumes and varying levels of complexity with a customer focus.
* Act as Process expert, providing clear coaching, support, and direction to managers.
* Ensure appropriate management of cases involving third parties, e.g., police, safeguarding authorities.
* Design and deliver training/education workshops to build the capability of experienced managers.
* Manage employment tribunal processes, liaising with external solicitors and preparing necessary documents.
* Lead the development of new people policies and processes to ensure compliance with legislation.
* Support managers in driving compliance with appraisals, training, and employee engagement.
* Produce and review monthly KPIs for management reporting to identify trends in ER that may require action.
Skills & Experience
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of employment policies and legislation.
* Experience in managing a caseload in a variety of People issues.
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple cases and project work.
* Experience working on People change projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Successful experience in coaching, advising, and influencing managers.
* Demonstrates experience of providing an exceptional People service.
