I am recruitng for a part time Sales Administrator for my client who are a very well established business. They are looking to interview immediately.
The hours are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
Receipt of orders from customers and forwarding of shipments to the company's logistics staff.
Co-ordinate on the delivery of goods to customers using internal systems. In some cases, detailed coordination with logistics partners is also conducted.
Responding to customer enquiries (including answering and coordinating questions on logistics, payments, sales promotions, etc., and liaising within the company).
Identify customers with declining sales and orders using internal data and work with sales representatives to promote order placement.
Assist Business Developers with the implementation of in-store demonstrations (coordination with customers, promoter agencies and promoters based on sales representatives' instructions, training for promoters, transport arrangements for products and materials, internal coordination of payments to staffing agencies and promoters).
Assist Business Developers to conduct sales promotion activities during seasonal events (e.g. distribution of sales promotion materials to customers).
Reminding customers to pay their accounts receivable (only for customers with overdue payments).
Sending invoices and statements of accounts receivable to customers (if required).
Coordination with the company's Finance Department on customer management (receipt of invoices, statements, etc., internal reporting and coordination of payment information from customers, etc.).
Preparation of monthly reports using sales performance data.
Knowledge & skills required
Sales assistant/administration with IT experience desirable.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Presentation and report writing skills.
Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Organisational and time management skills.
Good teamwork
Awareness of FMCG desirable but not essential
