ERP Senior Test Manager The role of ERP Senior Test Manager will be responsible for: Working collaboratively with client businesses, the IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for ERP implementation projects Lead and manage a team of test analysts (process owners and subject matter experts), motivating, engaging, and instilling a learning culture on the job Leading the testing services team, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to support and deliver ERP services Driving a culture of ongoing process improvements, to enhance and expand the service offerings Leading and managing testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and their hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing. Developing a deep understanding of the end to end ERP solutions being delivered Defining testing requirements for the project based on solutions Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy Leading and managing the project using various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects, where appropriate Assessing testing risks and estimating, planning and prioritising tasks accordingly Managing and building strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders/clients Reporting of progress on testing activities Management and delivery of test preparation activities Test scope per test phase/type Test script development Test data sourcing Management and delivery of testing Test execution Test scripting Defect management Test reporting Deliverables: Project Test Strategy Test Scope Detailed Test plan Test phase plans Defect Management Process Test phase execution schedules Completion reports Experience required Strong background in ERP Test Management with demonstrable experience of delivering numerous end to end ERP test programmes Have a strong background within delivering test programmes within a Consulting environment Demonstrable experience of leading large teams (both onshore and offshore), for major test programmes ERP system functional knowledge (Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, MS Dynamics) You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, up to and including C-level executives with the ability to influence, build and maintain strong team and client relationships Strong p eople management skills with the ability to build a team with the experience to support client opportunities and projected growth. Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions Experience with SAP or MS Dynamics is desirable Experience of testing Finance and HR ERP modules is desirable LI-AP1
