Service Manager - Honda - Cambridge John Banks Honda Cambridge is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Service Manager to lead our dedicated team at our workshop in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to take control of the Honda Cambridge service operations and contribute to the continued success of our dealership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the service department. Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the workshop. Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance. Process and claim warranty operations within the dealership Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in a service management role within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of automotive service and repair processes. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with Honda vehicles and systems is a plus. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service management. Relevant qualifications in automotive technology or management. Proficiency in using dealership management systems.
