Systems Trainer responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling and delivering training on a series of software applications. Training will be delivered both on-site and remotely.
2. Producing online training resources like video tutorials and documentation for use across the business.
3. Travelling across the UK to deliver training, support and attend client meetings.
4. Liaising with other departments across the business to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Working with the Projects Team to ensure that all new applications being introduced are understood and successfully adopted by the user base.
6. Implementation and roll out of new systems
7. Updates and Tracks delivered training on the in-house system
Systems Trainer desired skills/character:
8. A people person who is able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
9. Comfortable presenting/training both 1 on 1 and in groups.
10. Someone who can bring enthusiasm to the role.
11. Competent PC Skills and proficiency in MS Office packages
12. IT literate and willing to learn. Previous experience in training within an IT context is desirable but not essential.
13. Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure.
14. Good time management and organisational skills
15. Willing to travel when required
16. Working alongside and assisting various departments to ensure best practices
17. Supportive role so a good listener
18. Develop and maintain and evidence business and legal requirements are met
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000-£30,000 depending on your experience and a fantastic benefits package but please not this is an office based role no remote working.
