David Hathaway are looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team. The Role of the Quality and Compliance Manager will be to supervise and maintain full compliance in all aspects of Quality and Compliance, in accordance predominantly with BRCGS Storage and Distribution Issue 4 and ISO 9001:2015. Monitor and assist all employees to ensure they have the ability to complete their daily tasks in accordance with any Quality, Compliance and Health and Safety regulations without taking, or causing any additional risks. Manage the production and reporting of Quality KPI’s and ensure the sites are adhering to the agreed KPI’s. Complete on site audits against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and BRCGS standards and work closely with the site senior management team to produce and implement any required improvement plans to meet all legal requirements. Support the site in achieving and maintaining any client specific standards that may be required e.g SMETA 6 and Organic Standards in order to provide a first-class service. Provide support and input into business tenders and liaise with customers as and when required to ensure any specific quality requirements can be achieved. Develop audit standards which will support any BRCGS and ISO internal and external audits. Provide support and carry out investigations as and when required into nonconformance’s to ensure that robust corrective and preventative actions are in place. Work collaboratively with other sites to share ideas and ensure best practice is being implemented across the Group. Assist with the any roll out of other management systems across the Group eg ISO14001, ISO 45001 to ensure best practice is being implemented. Your knowledge and experience: HACCP level 2 desirable BRCGS Storage and Distribution Issue 4 Awareness essential ISO 9001: 2015 Awareness essential Management of ISO 9001 and BRCGS certification HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards Managers CPC and BRC desirable Continuous improvement Completing risk assessments and implementing policies and procedures 5’s Lean Management, Six Sigma etc Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Company values.
