Teaching Personnel are excited to offer a Teaching Assistant position in Corby A SEN secondary school in Corby are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their committed and experienced faculty. This school works exclusively with KS3, 4 and 5 pupils with an EHCP. The incoming Teaching Assistant will be working in a lower-ability SEN class. This role will begin immediately on a temp to perm basis. The incoming TA will undergo a trial period paid by Teaching Personnel. This school is part of a successful Multi-Academy Trust, working with pupils from 11 to 19 years old. Pupils experience severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The school focuses on creating the best opportunities for each pupil they work with, providing evidence-based teaching and curriculum development. The incoming TA will be working with these pupils according to school policies and procedures, supporting a cohesive learning environment. The successful candidate will: Have experience with SEN Be confident managing behaviour Provide respectful personal care when necessary This role has: An ASAP start following registration with Teaching Personnel. £83.85 per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees). Weekly pay on timesheets through Teaching Personnel. Full-time role Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm school hours. Opportunity to work closely with individual pupils and small groups.
